All products are handmade in small batches and carefully packaged before dispatch.

Processing Times

Please allow 1–5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched during busy periods. We always aim to send orders as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri depending on parcel size and delivery option selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Local Collection

Local collection may be available on selected orders. Please contact us before ordering if you wish to arrange collection.

Delivery Delays

NB Scents is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, customs delays or courier issues once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and products so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
