Refund & Returns Policy

At NB Scents, each product is handmade and carefully prepared in small batches. Due to the nature of our bath, body and fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or opened products
• Bath & body products for hygiene reasons
• Wax melts, aroma discs, soaps or fragrances that have been used
• Sale or clearance items

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please read all ingredient and scent information carefully before purchasing. NB Scents cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
