What products do you sell?

NB Scents offers luxury home fragrance and self-care products including room sprays, vac fresh discs, massage soap bars, perfumes and more.

Are your products handmade?

Yes — our products are carefully handmade in small batches to ensure quality and attention to detail.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

What are Vac Fresh Discs?

Our Vac Fresh Discs are scented discs designed to freshen small spaces such as wardrobes, drawers, cars and vacuum cleaners.

Are your products strongly scented?

Yes — we carefully select fragrance oils to create long-lasting, luxurious scents throughout your home.

Can I return my order?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you offer local collection?

Local collection may be available on selected orders. Please contact us before purchasing if you would like to arrange this.

Are your fragrances inspired by designer scents?

Some fragrances may be inspired by popular luxury scents, however NB Scents is not affiliated with any designer brands.
